Most workout apps only know you on the days you show up. Restform is built for the whole week.
Training days are for numbers
Sets, reps and weight, ticked off as you go, with a rest timer counting you into the next set. Start from one of your routines or one of ours. Every exercise comes with how to do it and the muscles it works, and you can leave a note or a few photos on any of them: where the seat goes, how it felt.
Rest days are for everything else
On the days you’re not training, Restform gives you a journal instead of a workout. One question at a time: how you feel, how much energy you have, how you slept, each answered with a slide and a drawing that changes with it. Then write as much or as little as you like, from a blank page or a template, and add photos if the day deserves them.
A read on how you’re doing
Home puts both halves of your week side by side: your streak, what you lifted and how you’ve been feeling while you did it. Over time you see how training and rest shape each other.
Built for your phone
The iPhone app saves everything on the phone first and syncs when you’re back online, so a patchy gym signal never loses a set. It’s the same account as the web, so nothing is left behind when you switch.
Yours alone
What you write here is for you. Restform is a private place to think, with the same care given to a bad day as a personal best.
